One-off Purchases
Purchases of individual test reports and other one-off items are non-refundable once the report or content has been unlocked and made available to you, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because a report is delivered immediately on purchase, you acknowledge that you lose any statutory “cooling-off” cancellation right once delivery has begun, where the law permits this.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects the mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where those laws grant you additional rights, they prevail to the extent they apply.
