How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your trial ends or your renewal date, so the cancellation is processed in time.

1. Cancel from your account

1. Sign in and open the menu (☰) at the top right.
2. Go to Settings, then open the Billing tab.
3. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.

You will receive a confirmation email with the date your access ends.

2. Cancel with the link in your renewal email

Every renewal receipt we send contains a cancellation link. Click it and confirm in one click.

3. Cancel from our website, without signing in

Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of any page of our website, or go straight to our cancellation page. Enter the email address on your account and we'll email you a link to confirm the cancellation in one click.

4. Cancel by email

Reply to any email we've sent you, or write to [email protected] from the address on your account, and we'll cancel it for you.
