Where is my refund?

Test reports and trial fees are non-refundable once unlocked or started, except where the law requires otherwise. Your first subscription payment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee if, within 30 days of your first purchase, you used Cognitivus on at least 22 different days (daily practice, lessons, mood check-ins or tests) and are still not satisfied. The full conditions are in our Refund Policy. Other requests are reviewed case by case.

To make a request, email [email protected] from the address on your account. There is nothing to send: we check your activity on your account ourselves. We review every request and reply by email.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
