Where is my refund?

Test reports and trial fees are non-refundable once unlocked or started, except where the law requires otherwise. Your first subscription payment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee if, within 30 days of your first purchase, you used Cognitivus on at least 22 different days (daily practice, lessons, mood check-ins or tests) and are still not satisfied. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, as described in our Refund Policy. Where you asked for immediate access, the report you unlocked is no longer covered by that right, and for your membership we refund the part you haven't used yet.

To make a request, email [email protected] from the address on your account. There is nothing to send: we check your activity on your account ourselves. We review every request and reply by email.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
