How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account yourself at any time:

1. Sign in and open the menu (☰) at the top right, then Settings.
2. At the bottom of the page, under Close your account, click Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deleting your account signs you out, stops all emails, and cancels any active subscription immediately, so any remaining paid period ends at once. It cannot be undone. Some records, such as payment records, are kept for as long as the law requires; our Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.

If you only want to stop being charged, cancel your subscription instead: you keep access until the end of the paid period.
